1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to luxury car rental services provided by Prestige Motors
• "User" means any person accessing our website or using our services
• "Content" includes all text, images, and materials on our website
• "We/Us/Our" refers to Prestige Motors
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions

2. Use of Services

• Services are provided for personal and business use
• Users must be at least 25 years old with valid driver's license
• Driver's license must have been held for minimum 2 years
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Accurate and complete information must be provided

3. Rental Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must provide:

• Valid driver's license held for at least 2 years
• Government-issued photo identification
• Major credit card in renter's name
• International Driving Permit (for international clients)
• Proof of insurance (if applicable)

4. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use vehicles for illegal activities or racing
• Sublease or transfer rental to unauthorized drivers
• Exceed vehicle capacity or weight limits
• Smoke or transport pets without prior authorization
• Drive under influence of alcohol or drugs
• Use vehicle for commercial transport services

5. Payment Terms

• Payment due at time of reservation confirmation
• Security deposit required for all rentals
• Additional charges for fuel, tolls, and violations
• Late return fees apply after grace period
• All prices in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup: full refund
• Cancellations 24-48 hours before: 50% charge
• Cancellations less than 24 hours: no refund
• No-shows: full rental charge applies
• Modifications subject to availability and fees

7. Insurance and Liability

• Comprehensive insurance included in rental price
• Collision damage waiver included
• Third-party liability coverage provided
• Deductible applies to damage claims
• Renter liable for damages beyond coverage

8. Vehicle Condition

Renters must:

• Inspect vehicle at pickup and report damages
• Maintain vehicle in good condition during rental
• Report accidents or damage immediately
• Return vehicle in same condition as received
• Pay for cleaning if excessively dirty

9. Dispute Resolution

• Initial attempt at informal resolution (30 days)
• Mediation as second step if needed
• Binding arbitration if necessary
• Jurisdiction: Singapore courts
• Applicable law: Singapore law

10. Termination

Either party may terminate:

• With 48 hours written notice
• Immediately for material breach
• For violation of prohibited uses
• Outstanding payments remain due upon termination
